Earthwork Services is a growing company and is interested in hearing from people that have the skill sets particular to our industry. SKILL SETS we are interested in:
- Advanced Grading Technologies (Agtek) software and hardware experience.
- CAD experience.
- GPS Machine Control model building experience.
- Experience using Terra Model, Trimble and Topcon products.
- Earthwork estimating experience.
- Auto Desk civil design and surveying applications.
If you don't have any specific experience in any of these areas, but are hard working, willing to learn and love working with computers, we can train you in house. We have had great success with many CAD techs from two year technical colleges who enjoy building 3-D models. After a couple of years of training and working with us, you will have the most extensive on-the-job 3D model building experience as it applies to earthwork construction there is, and be qualified to land a high paying job in the earthwork construction industry anywhere in the country.

We are located on Grays Harbor on the Washington Coast just south of the Olympic National Park. The medium house price around here goes for under $70,000! We have world class surfing, clam digging, boating, sailing, fishing, river canoeing, kayaking, hiking and camping right out our office door. Seattle and Portland are just a short drive away and although we enjoy trips to the big cities to meet with our local clients and attend events like Seahawk football games, we get to live and work in the quite woods of the Pacific Northwest rain forests where traffic congestion is a rare occurrence.
